Registration the courses about courses Safety – Healthy – Enterprise Environment (SHE) – courses 36,37

The Center for Occupational Safety and Environmental Technology announces the enrollment of students Safety, Health and Environment courses No.36,37. The contents of the course are as follows:

1/ Duration course:

• No.36: from 8:00 – 17:00 every Sunday
• No.37: from 8:00 – 17:00 every Sunday
• Hold: 19, Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Phong ward, District 7, HCM City

2/ Total fee of course:

• 16.000.000 dong/a person/ a course (duration 8 months) – ( the students study currently at Ton Duc Thang University will discount 5%  total fee)
• When registering, someone must pay 8.000.000 dong, the rest of money will pay before the end of the course at least 3 months.
• For TDT U’s student: all of you can be divided into 4 times to pay: 4.000.000 dong each time.

3/ Student profile:

• Registration form
• Identity card: 01 copy
• 3x4 card image: 02 pictures
• Curriculum vitae: 01 (with local certification)
• Student ID card (if any)
• Highest Degree (minimum Intermediate): 1 copy

4/ Everyone applies for the deadline and pay fee of course:

+ Course 36: Nov,05,2018

+ Course 37: Dec,15,2018
